It should run well.I assume you will be running 24 volt system.The prop height is every thing the prop should be 3" to 5" below the keel.The closer the the surface the faster the boat will go, to a point.It still needs to be low enough to get the power for planing.You will half to experiment with height.
It will be roughly a 3.5 to 4 H.p Motor depending on the prop and battery's.It will not be a speed boat but will get around well .|||for minimum speed Minkota says one pound thrust per each 65lbs. of weight. no wind, no current. the weight is total of all items and people.
