How often do you charge your trolling motor batteries?

Hello, I have a 12V deep cycle marine battery hooked up to a Minn-Kota All-Terrain 40lb thrust trolling motor.

My question is, how often do I have to charge my battery up? I tend to use it for about 3-4 hours on the weekends, and mabye 1-2 on the week days. How often do you charge your trolling motor batteries?
It's hard to bring a partly discharged battery up to fully charged overnight, but I charge my batteries immediately after use, each time. How often do you charge your trolling motor batteries?
I ran a 36 volt system with 2 banks of batteries. 3-4 hours on each cruise.I always charged after each outing with a 36 volt golf cart charger.I always had a spare, fully charged battery on board. If you're up that creek without a battery even the paddle seems lame. How often do you charge your trolling motor batteries?
Unless they are in actual service all batteries should be either getting charged or in 'float' - a maintenance charge to keep the battery close to maximum. Any storage battery kept in a partial discharge state will degrade and lose capacity.
