I am using a Ctek 8 step Charger and it is on float maintenance.I have it in a Minn Kota Power Center battery box with a breaker,it is up off the floor on a large milk crate.What are some safety precautions I could take when charging a marine deep cell battery indoors?
Should be in well ventilated area, gives of hydrochloric acid gas and can explode.other than that should be ok.What are some safety precautions I could take when charging a marine deep cell battery indoors?
sounds perfect to me the old batteries had liquid acid and the new ones have gel so there aren't problems like the old days.
